Clutch + Tranny Noises - 2007 350z Enthusiast (w/ vids)
I got the same noise in my 06, even when you passing a little bump slowly with your feet holding on the gas pedel, it makes the same noise. and I took it dealership to fix it, they said all of their 06+ Z has the same noise, it's normal.
I have driven few of 03 and 04's, they don't have this noise at all, but the clutch is hard to be stepped down though.

The garage does amplify the sound, that was the whole point of the video, to amplify the sound so people would know what I was talking about.
In general is not that loud, but it is a noise.
When driving I can barely hear it with windows down...
I guess I will just have to get used to it
Im glad to see that this thread with the videos could become a reference to new Z buyers, because I've researched the forum and seen MILLIONS of questions just like mine.

I have an '07 with 3,6xx miles on it and I have the same sound. I've only owned manual transmission cars and they've all had this sort of sound somewhere in the early life of it.
I will say, however, that my Z has a louder sound than any other car. I'm pretty sure it's just a throwout bearing or something. I wouldn't worry about it unless you start realizing it getting louder/worse.
