I have searched heaps but have not found anything on this problem.
2005 Anniversary model clutch just replaced but it now makes an intermittent (sometimes after about 20 mins driving.) It is a clik, clik, clik that appears just under 2000 revs and lasts to about 3000. Sounds like the cardboard in spokes of a bicycle wheel some kids do. If you lightly touch the clutch it disappears, release it it reappears. The mechanics took clutch out & inspected & found nothing...it is booked in next week, they said they would road test it again!... I would just like to have a suggestion based on someones actual experience to quote.
