Default Bad smell?

Im having an issue whenever i rev high right after the start of my car
(i have to rev high to back out of my steep driveway)
anyways, whenever i rev high, i get this weird rubber smell, im not sure if its because i have a brand new car or what, but i thought i would just post
here to ask.

Thanks

It happens to alot of Z's after getting on it a bit. Every time I get on mine its like clock work, I can smell the clutch, and the clutch is only 15k old.

my cousin took my car out for a test drive yesterday during xmas celebration...he was riding the clutch while shifting because I could smell it, this was at the same time he was telling me about how he had to replace his clutch twice on his tercel... but he only drove for about 2 miles...any significant damage?

^ LOL

I agree. Watch how much you are riding the clutch and appyling the gas. I'm sure there isn't any damage now, but long term affect could become an issue if you continue to ride it every single day... possibility of parking on the street?
