Cool Rev Up or Non Rev

New to the 350Z world. I have owned a 240Z and a 350Z in the past, but they are nothing like this 350Z. Question please. While looking at the market place I have seen superchager or turbo kits that say it is a Rev Up engine , then I saw one for a Non Rev Up. What the heck is this all about? I have a 2007 Silverstone Roadster, 6 speed, that is just setting in the garage back home. I can't drive it now as I am a DoD civilian contractor in Balad Iraq at the present time, but I want to order some mods for the car. I want to order a supercharger and exhaust for the car, What are the best kits out there right now. I lean toward the Stillen but don't know enough about any of the supercharger or exhaust companies to know what is the best. Appreciate all input.

Welcome. The forced-induction forum is very helpful.

just know that you have neither non revup or revup. You have the 07+ HR motor.

Default REV up or Non REV

Thanks for all the input. I will check out the forced induction section. JohnnyB, I read your profile. I do not envy you being in Fallujah. Although the metal worker part sounds cool. Fallujah is just to wild for me. I am a civilian DoD worker, but want nothing to do with that place. Where you from in GA? Keep your head down man.

A few things confused me in your post...

I have owned a 240Z and a 350Z in the past, but they are nothing like this 350Z.

What year was your previous 350Z?

I have a 2007 Silverstone Roadster.

Silverstone was replaced by Carbon Silver in 2007.

As far as a superchargers... you'll find alot of information in the other section. My advice would be to wait a year or two until more products are available for the VQ35HR motor.

Deftones: My mistake on the 240Z and 350Z statement. What I meant to say was I have owned 240Z (1970) and a 280Z (1975). I am currently looking around for another 1970/71 240Z. The paint code on my car says that it is silverstone. I can't tell you right now what the code is, as it is back in Texas, and I am in Iraq.

there currently are not any forced induction kits for your car, but within the next 3-6 months you'll see some come available
