I Heard Mobil 1 Sucks Now. (this Is What I Have Now)
Also, How Many Quarts Do I Buy And Use?
I Want To Install K&n Oil Filter, Any Tricks? (ex. Rub Oil Around Seal)
Please Shoot Me Some Insight Fella's.

5 quarts is what Nissan recommends. I ran Royal Purple on all of my mustangs/ lightnings and I can tell you that you are not going to see any HP gains. I ran 500+Hp with one of my KB charger lightnings on royal purple and never had a failure. The K & N oil filter is nice because it has a grip. You don't want to tighten the filter with a filter wrench, because it can over tighten and wear the threads. You will want to put some oil on the oil filter gasket so you can get it off next time. Just check your dipstick after adding 5 quarts to make sure you have enough oil. I always run my car for at least 15 minutes before draining the old oil because hot oil will drain quicker. I think thats all the advice I have.

Also, to the OP please avoid typing with caps lock on. Thanks.
You want to do more than hand-tighten your oil filter. Use an oil filter wrench and tighten it about 1/4 turn past hand tight.
Replace the drain plug washer. That's about it. Nothing to it.
