Weird issue with SGP built 5AT...Have some questions

The issue was never during shifting, though. It was during acceleration in the low RPM.

But, anyways...I brought over a new crank sensor from Infiniti today since the one from Nissan was dead (Infiniti actually told me they get bad crank sensors out of the box all the time ) and the car ran much better but still jerked a bit.

So, we took out 2 quarts of fluid and everything is good And just for the record, we put in 12 quarts originally so that leaves me with 10 quarts in the car, with the dipstick reading 2 mm's over full.

Thanks guys! I still have a little bucking at a low RPM. I drove the car a total of 125 miles yesterday (75 miles home from the shop) and all was good except for the low RPM, mainly in 3rd gear. It may be a fluid issue so I'm going to come back after driving it around and check fluid again.

I'm also going to stop by Infiniti and get it checked out with a Consult II just for peace of mind and for anything we may have possibly missed. I'll keep everyone posted so others after me have something to go on

I posted on driver but i am glad everything worked out for you.Its kinda funny about that sheilded wire done for the aps system could work for the greddy setup as well.

thanks...the shielded wire is completely independent of either system though. It'll work for a stock car as well.
