LOL-the PRM dyno run number should be AFTER the baseline, and the high number run was #3 as seen by the dyno and low (supposedly stock) is run #6. That makes no sense, I wasnt born yesterday and I smell BS. Ive seen numbers fluctuate like that with the same mods. Also-in doing a comparison rev the car to redline on all runs, not just some.

Umm.... so you're saying that the fact that some people have actually swapped to SRI from CAI and gotten FASTER doesn't make any sense?

I still find it hard to believe that there is a Intake that is better than the stock box with a K&N drop in filter..

I agree with Alberto, that dyno makes no sense....

lol that dude has no clue... i had a nismo cai and i sucked... i lost hp.. only thing i gained was a growl and it wasnt worth the power lost... i turned it into a shot ram and even with the heat soak i felt a noticable gain in power/throttle response... that dude clearly doesnt know what he's talking about... a longer tube with bends is bad compared to a short ram with a heat shield alteast in MY case... i'll never put another long tbe on my z... ever

It's documented that in comparison to cai, sri's or stock airboxes with a different filter has yielded better times on the 1/4 mile...

That's enough proof...

in regards to this particular intake, the amount of filter surface area looks considerably smaller than stock...

theres no need for a damn dyno... will air travel faster through a longer bent straw or a short straight staw... if that doesnt explain it to you then i think you might need to take physics 101 or somthing because.... damn

i believe air is already in the tube regardless, so in other words its still sucking it straight from the same point at the SRI, just receiving cooler air from the CAI. Or more DENSER AIR. .

BUT YOU WIN! DAMN!!
