One will go to the pressure switch on the accumulator (AC)---Are your fans plugged in ???? Are your windshield washer pumps plugged in ??

The horn and AB sensor are obvious

I left my crystal ball at work, but how about the outside air temperature sensor?

Why is it useless? The bumper support is normally in front of it anyway. As long as the car is moving, there is plenty of air circulating around that space. I'd use it. The 'Icing' notice is probably useless in Cali, but it's nice to know what the outside air temp is.
