Straight plain and simple, just trade your car in for a manual

Just do what most automatic drivers do: Get a manual shift **** and a boot and call it a day.

Simple, take your Z back to the dealer and get the stick.
Enjoy!

Cost well over $6k to do the swap. Not worth it at all.
Trade it in for a stick, because everyone knows that manual cars are much faster than autos.

I have a friend of a friend who did this with his crappy Cobalt and it cost $10K... but he was dumping tons on money into other stuff for the car too (don't know why, just get a better car) but whatever.

Totally not worth it... it'd be better to sell your car and lose $3K and go get a new one with a manual. Your best bet, if youhave a beater car you can drive for a couple months... sell your car to a private buyer and get the most you can out of it, then get the manual when you get the money.

GL man but I say keep the auto, it really isn't that bad as far as autos go. In fact, I think its one of the best auto's out there.

This is the third topic you have made about auto tranny swap. And on one of them you said it was your friend who was looking into doing this, when you where talking about yourself.
