Any real performance/sports car must have:
A) 3 pedals
B) 400hp
C) All of the above

The only reason to not have MT in a legitimate performance car is that it would be slower with the amount of power you have or type of driving you are doing. e.g. F1 cars, professional drag cars, the R35 GT-R.
There are no other acceptable reasons.

If the OP is really interested in doing a AT to MT swap, then buy the parts needed, do the research and make the write up. Once the Z33 gets older and rarer, people will do this swap. The only real concern I would have is the electronics and not making them too upset.

h2kSPiG get educated before posting things like that. A auto Z is still a sports car but for a guy like me I need the manual tranny to fully enjoy what the car has to offer.

In my opinion, the Z should of never been offered in an auto... if you don't know how to drive a manual, you probably shouldn't have a 300 HP RWD sports car. Granted there are people that want them just for 'cruisers' or just because they love the looks, or whatever reason... but seriously there are plenty of other nice looking cruisers that aren't sports cars. Instead of wasting a perfectly good Z... *sigh*

The worst part about my opinion is I could only find a auto Z Roadster here... I spent a year shopping for one, every single one I saw for sale was a auto. Probably have seen about 12 Z Roadsters for sale in the last 12 months, every single damn one was a auto. Must be old ladies buying them or something, WTF!?!?

lol trust me im not a violent person, but this kid wouldnt shut up at every meet. i raced him 5 times in one night and had him by a car. he drives a silver s2k with an exhaust and different gears. also i had my friend in his car and another one of my friends in my car and they both said that i won. then the kid went and told every person he knew that he beat me. then he kept saying he won cause my car was an auto, and he basically said it right to my face. the kid just couldnt shut up though all summer
