Hey, does anyone know what RTV sealant is needed and what the torque values are for reattaching the pan? is there a install/torque sequence - criss cross tightening pattern??

FYI. With regards to the oil drain plug mod...Bought it. Not worth it IMHO. If you look closely you will notice that the new fitting fits the size of the drain plug and the opening in the new device is at least 1/2 the size of the original opening which means that less can come out of the drain than previously.
So in essence it takes longer for the same amount of fluid to drain as it did before. I thought it would help tremendously with regards to the 'tool-less' oil change, but in fact it makes it longer, since I have to wait longer for all of the fluid to drain out.
Not a bad idea overall, but the narrow opening makes it take longer to empty the oil pan.
Going back to original drain plug.

Well I guess there is a trade off....Taking the APS drain plug in and out every 2-3k takes its toll and eventually it strips. I have nothing but time so if it takes overnight to drain then oh well
I haven't had to change my oil yet with the Fumoto, but its coming up real soon
