Default Solid Motor Mounts

How hard is it to remove motor mounts and replace them? I have solid motor mounts on my car now and want to go back to OEM. Is there any real world reason why I should keep them on?

So, no one really knows what it takes to replace your motor mounts?

engine lift + unbolting engine mounts + lifting engine slightly + replacing motor mounts + lower engine down + bolt back on.

No, not unless you thrive on NVH.

Need a lift for the motor, unlike my other little I-4's, you cannot use floor jack and stands to replace MM's.

If you're sketchy on doing it yourself, have someone do it. Dropping the motor is a real beach, as is breaking the MM mount point, etc.
