bought a pumpkin off the forum last year, they sent it in a large box with peanuts (only). I've been putting off the install until I was ready to do sways..

Anyway, I just now noticed the breather L fitting was bent up against the housing. I carefully bent it back but noticed it was collapsed in one spot. I know it was done in shipping because a foam peanut was back there.

I already know the part is only $7 (Courtesy). No worries there.. but anyone know how it attaches? the FSM gives no clue. If I have to remove the cover, then I might as well go Nismo.

 

Its pressed in , and very simple, just freeze the new one before you try install it. Just tap it in with a small hammer.
