Angry Official: Car won't start

So I pulled my engine to take off the turbos and I'm having trouble getting it to start when it's back to stock.

Current state:
MAF is hanging loose, no airbox, grounded to engine via screw
Plenum is split apart, all vacuum hoses are attached

I checked...
voltage to coil packs
voltage to injectors
power to ECM
power to IPDM
pulled the gas line off the regulator and primed the pump, pissed out gas - poured gas down the intake runners as well
flywheel positioning sensor

The car turns over but won't fully crank.

I think it's a grounding issue, but I've checked all the grounds I can think of. Maybe need to recheck them.

Any ideas?

pcv connected and plugged in (on the pass side rear of plenum)?
tps plugged in?
coils connected in correct order?
all plenum bolts (including lower) torqued to spec and seated properly (I had this issue with my car...the lower runners were not quited seated correctly)

Did you check for spark and fuel prior to taking all those other things aparts? Start with the very basics. Also scan for codes.

Yep. I put the plenum back together after I got done checking all the voltages.

TPS is plugged in.

Coils were never removed, but I double checked the harness and they appear to be in order, just base on where the coils are physically located and how far the plugs actually reach.

Sharif,

I checked for fuel, the pump is priming fully. I disconnected before the regulator and it was coming out just fine. Also used cipher to check the duty cycles, look normal for starting.

As for spark, I have none. The 12V line is fine, and the ignition pulse is reading 0.32V on all clips. I tried the service manual test of tying the ignition coil together with the spark plug begin 13mm above a ground metal point, like this:

No spark, even moved it in closer but couldn't get it going.

I just got done going through the pg.pdf file for all the power and grounds. Everything looks fine. I did see I don't have this ground, the one that is highlighted in red:

That doesn't seem like it would cause a car not to start, but at this point, I'm convinced all I'm missing is the magic fairy dust.

Is your check engine light "on" when the key is in the "on" position, engine not running.

it might be a fuse or the BCM??

im not sure about the BCM but may be a fuse

if all the grounding seems fine it must be one of the above is the problem

Can't remember off the top of my head. Car is at my parents and I'm back at my apt. Checked with cipher, no codes ever.

Yeah it's attached securely. This is an older picture but it's exactly where it was when it was running before pulling the engine:

Couldn't tell ya. From what I can remember, the car just wouldn't even turn over.

I have the MAF plugged in, but I don't have it in the airbox. Would that cause it to not start?

Had a family friend come over (I'm not there), he said if the MAF isn't in the intake tube, the injectors won't open enough to fire.
