HKS Head Gaskets
JWT spring and shim kit
ARP L19 Head Studs

Greddy twin turbo kit (freshly rebuilt turbos) / upgraded oil feed lines.
Greddy spark plugs

Steel Braided Clutch line

Three built motors in this pic. Mine in the front, Charley's (my350z member), and 'ol grandpa VH45 in the back.

Washing the anti corrosion coating off the bearings.

HIT A SNAG!
I began plastigauging from cylinder 6 all the way to the front, once I got to cylinder #2, I see this and see I have a scored bearing Now I gotta see if the machine shop can smooth this out for me or if I have to scrap the crank.

Eh... I've had tons of people interested in it. Most of them are just pipe dreamers, others are contemplating a VH/VK swap and just wanna pump me for information and the ones that were genuinely interested in the motor were typically not going to use it on a G35 and then expected a huge discount because they didn't need motor mounts or transmission and failed to realize that I was practically giving those things away. If I don't get what I'm asking for it, I'd rather stare at it in my garage. ...gives me a boner every time.

Had to perform surgery on the crank.

I took a dremel buffing bit and some compound and buffed out the scratch.

Motor fired right up. No fluid leaks but I do have a small vacuum leak coming from the plenum. I'll be replacing the gasket since its kinda beat up.
