Running engine to 5500 RPM
Does it harm the longitivity of the engine if you run the engine to 5500 RPM with nearly 4000 KM on the car?

No!
UNless you intend on keeping it there for an hour straight! But then it's an issue of heat not engine age.

You're well past the break in period. Go test that rev limiter.

5500... that's nothing! At the track I am always between 4000 and 6500 rpms. I've hit the rev limiter so many times I have a nose-print on the steering wheel where the jolt makes me lurch forward

Great!, So that'll mean I'll be able to drive it harder next time without being scared of doing harm to anything internally.

just dont keep hitting the rev limiter. thats bad for the engine.
running all day at 5500 should be fine. it will be fine at even at 7100.
the engine's limit is something like 15 minutes of sustained rpm of 7500+
