ok so my 350z was missfiring on cyl number 6... i swapped coil packs with number 4 and swapped plugs with number 2...


well the car runs JUST like it used to when it was missfiring but the SES light isnt blinking or staying on... anyone have an idea? i was going to swap everything back to how it was again, but its raining bad now.

Alright, so after you changed out the coil pack and spark plug, you reset your computer, correct? If the car is misfiring but the light isn't on, just drive the car. The ECU needs to relearn all of its parameters and will only come on when it has a chance to go through the components. Drive the car and the light will come back on.
