I was thinking about finding a spare set of valve covers and painting them, too. What does a new set run, pricewise?

Anyone ever think about powder coating them?

Pretty expensive I think. You should tell me, I just throw mine away..

And I don't see problem with powercoated them, I don't know how much temp powercoated handle tho.

they were 150 per side.

i took them to a powder coat place, they can't do it because it was pretty much plastic.

My body shop would of charged me 250 to paint both of them with special ppg plastic primer and and stuff but thought i would tackle it myself.

oh, i thought you got it from zul8r.

reason i wanted to buy new because zul8r doesn't know if they leaked or not. I had to buy new ones because mine was leaking oil on one side.
