Could be throw out bearing on clutch. When you get going faster you can't hear it.

You need to take a close look at the crankshaft and see if the bearing did
any damage..also check and make sure the rod is not damaged or discolored
(blueish color on cap). What kind of oil pressure was your car running at idle
and cruise after being warmed up?

I already sanded the crankshaft down. It was pretty messed up! Started at 240 grit, then 400, 800 and finaly 1000. Took about 2 hours. Doesn't look quite like the others. Still has some spots on it but I would say it's about 95% flawless.
