Default 2007 z jerking at 2.5 rpms

My z is jerking at lower speeds when at 2 or 2.5 rpms. It does it when i tap on the gas and let off without engaging the clutch. It feels like what happens when someone doesnt know how to drive stick...but slighter. If I give more gas it goes away and to be more weird it does it more when the gas level is low!!! I searched for this on this forum, coulnt find anything so if it is listed somewhere, my bad.

If the clutch is disengaged, how does the car jerk? The motor is not connected to the drive train.

I get it across the RPM band but it is more noticeable at lower RPMs. In gear, when you let off the accelerator and then quickly depress it you feel the car jerk. I think they call this drivetrain slack/slop. Happens in my Z too, not sure if I should take it in for this or not. Only other manual I drove recently was a G37 and there was *zero* slack in the drivetrain.

Are you in a low gear such as first or second and the engine is reducing the speed of the car, thus causing a jerking motion. Sorry I couldnt really follow your questions or statement.

seems to me like you're just experiencing the effect of the engine on the wheels while the clutch is engaged (in this case engine breaking), then by disengaging the clutch quickly this effect suddenly stops taking place.

make sense? I could be wrong.
