Post your top speeds!!! Street/High or Track..Inquiring minds what to know
Just seems a little hazardous is all. Your road though so I guess if you felt it was safe to do then it must have been okay. Just not something I would do under any condition. We would of believed you without the picture though.
Bone stock, Michigan International Speedway, after exiting the inner road course and entering the oval at turn 3, getting a bit freaked looking at all the black streaks ending into the wall on turn 4 leading to the front straight (its really not straight) 5th gear about 135.
Gingerman Raceway, stock plus AP Racing 6 piston up front, turn 11, 90 degree, 89' radius right hander from a 1370' straight 99 mph.
On the public roads 'bout 100, you can only trust yourself MOST of the time.

I did a 145 mph high speed run against an modified 57 Chevy. I had a hard time braking away from him until about 135 mph but by the time I clocked 145 he was a speck in my mirror. As i slowed to normal crusing speeds(60 mph) he gingerly over took me and gave me a thumbs up! Guess he was impressed. NO BULL ****!!!
(FYI: Run was made heading to Kailua Kona, Hi. from Waikola Village.)

dont wanna nag and whine but drive safely guys i seen and been in too many accidents ....the pain caused is definately not worth the bragging rights for this forum .... seriously ...take it to a track when you have the urge.....just my .02
evilZ,
I hear you and think that your absolutely right. I rarely drive my Z past 60 mph, but that run in i had with that Chevy was one of the most exciting things that i have done. (...and nerving!)

That seems to be the top end. Warning the car is so stable at that speed, it is decieving. You are going 150 Plus. If you make a mistake you will not be sending Posts to this site.
