hey guys i got a cluch disk off someone on the forums that is im pretty sure is not off a stock z.
so could anyone who has seen a a stock clutch off an 06 confirm that it has the 4 spring dampers in it similar to the 4 yellow ones in the pic below?



or if anyone can confirm that it is the same part # as a clutch disk for an 03.
my trans is sitting on a desk until i can figure this out so your help is much appreciated.

Get it from the mechanics? Only positive way anyone will be able to tell is to see the actual piece you have.

Why can't you do a comparison with a google image?

yea i saw that pic, i was just hoping for a more solid answer than a tagged pic, i don't need any one to identify the one i have, i just need someone to confirm that the stock 06 z came with a clutch plate with a damper built into it and that Nissan didn't for some reason decide that the flywheel damper was enough on the 06

 

My disk looks like that one ^^^.. But the springs arent in that sleeve deal.. From a 06' it is..

All stock 350 disks are sprung hub. I assume the one you received was a solid hub?

 

All Z clutches have sprung hub.

they have 4, in the same style and position as the picture of the ACT you provided.
