Cheap fuel rail adapters?
Will any of the cheap ebay fuel rail adapters fit on a VQ35DE? I know there is some higher quality adapters that sell for 70$+ but I am trying to keep a tight budget and these ebay fuel adapters seem like a reasonable alternative...
Here's an example...

Anyone see why these wouldn't plug right into the fuel dampers on the rails?
Thanks

the ebay link you have fits perfect.
i used the exact same one for my return fuel system on stock rails until i went with CJM stuff.
you need the oring from the factory damper and you're good to go.

should be. vq motors run similar setups. that's why the maxima is listed on that page.
not too many variations in the fuel rail setup for nissans and i'm almost certain all vq engines have the same fuel rail adapters. I took a chance for 10$ and bought one. it happened to work out just fine.

Got them in, fit perfect!! Not only is it a AN-6 Fitting by the fitting screws out and there is a 1/8 NPT thread. BTW, it turns out I only need one so if someone needs one, 20$ shipped!! Save a few dollars and don't deal with Ebay..
I will work on pictures, hopefully I will get some for you guys by Wednesday. I don't know if 350z owners know this, but the Nismo Type-A FPR actually bolts right to the fuel rails too... so, if you were to leave you input line intact then remove the dampener on the driver side, all you would have to do is run the return line from the FPR!! Viola!! I don't understand how Z owners didn't know about this all along... I've searched several forums and I've seen no sign of people knowing this... ~200$ and you have a complete return fuel return system!!

and not so fast on teh 200$ return fuel. You still need the expensive 6an line, then you need a return correction kit along with the hardware to run from the top of the fuel pump basket to the return correction.
basically that FPR that mounts on the lines is replacing the 140$ aeromotive one we have. And if you decide to upgrade your rails down the road aftermarket rails won't allow that style FPR to make on them.
so great for a stock system i guess but you still have more things to order to get a full return system.
