As I was on my way home from college I swapped cars with dad for his truck so all my stuff from my dorm could fit in one trip.

I've always used supreme unleaded fuel for the Z, but he didn't know that it "needs" it so he filled the tank with regular.

I drove the car after that and in my opinion the car runs the same, no knocking in the engine.


So what do you guys think. What gasoline do you guys fill up with?
Does is affect the car? maybe in the long run, I had herd before that the only difference between gas types was they add some conditioner for a cleaner burn.

regular will work fine for a while, no way would i want any in my car though

 

i say every quarter part of the tank put in the correct gas octane (4 times) so that your car doesnt do a full tank on the 87octane.

 

I run on children's tears. Great MPG and Super Low emissions. Its a win all the way around.

 

We fill up with what the owners manual says.
