Default when turning off the engine.

i talked about this in my other thread but wanted to start a new one with a vid.
Like someone recommended, i press on the clutch when turning off the engine and the grinding sound goes away. But when i don't, it grinds. Here's the vid.

I drove several new and used MT Zs before I purchased my car. None of them made that sound.

Yes, that sound is totally normal. Every Z I've been in does it. We even tried it on several new ones on the dealer lot and they did it. If the clutch is out, car in neutral, you ought to hear that sound.

so the sound won't actually wear out some parts more, right?
it really doesnt matter whether i press in the clutch or not to get rid of the sound?

No, it's not making any real difference in wear.
