Default Where does this ground strap go

Hey guys I found this in a box of parts today, I believe it was left over from my turbo install. Ground straps are pretty important so i would like to re-install it. Does anyone know where this goes? I cant find it in the FSM. It looks like the big end was attached to something body colored because it has a little bit of blue paint on it.

Anyone know?

Where on the head exactly? Anyone have a picture? There is a flange toward the back of the head on the drivers side - basically the mating surface for the valve cover extends outward and there is a threaded hole there. Is that where it goes?

Looks like the one I got in my 5zignen grounding kit for the exhaust, but there is one on the stock engine that looks the same that goes on the left side to behind the washer bottles.. It sits near the hood close sensor if you have those on the US cars.

Looks like that grounding strap to the exhaust, back by the muffler. I could be wrong though...

Nah, that one has round eyelets at both ends. This one plugs into a little metal prong that is attached to the firewall.
