You're probably talking about the Plastic Engine Cover pieces.

They can be painted by any body shop or you can send the pieces to Suite E GrpahX to get them painted. They are doing my set in silver right now.

This trend did make me think of a true engine dressup, of course. One with chrome and everything, instead of the Buick engine cover.

Does the polished engine cover only work if you have the crawford plenum?

You can get the factory plenum polished. StrictlyZ has them.
