I have an 07 Base (so I need a drop in LSD) I want to do it right instead of swapping to a VLSD... and from what I read the quaife is a good way to go, and I want a 2 way, anybody know if a Carbonetic Carbon LSD is a true drop in? They are cheaper than the Quiafe and seem to be better since they are carbon.

Way to bump a 2 year old thread

First off Quafe and Carbonetics are two completely different types of LSD. Quafe is a gear type LSD where as the latter is a clutch type setup, neither work the same as eachother.

Your better off asking yourself what your planning on doing with the car FIRST, then making your decision...
