Glad to see that you're still around and that you still have the car. Great work! I'd love to hear your impressions of everything after you've had some seat time.

Thanks guys for your support

Some update:

Getting the pedals and Hyd. hand brake in in order to start working on the brake plumping and routing all of the connections.

Other than that, we will start working on the rear crossmember bushings and other suspension parts.

We weighted the car today and we found that the total weight would be around 1150kg (2535lbs) with everything and wet. I think its a good start.

The cross weight and weight distribution is all over the place, because we did not setup the suspension hight and corner balance the car yet

Glad I can help ... just try to remember to keep the weight down, low and to the center as much as possible, including the driver.

I'm just waiting on some fittings and parts, including new headers as I really don't like the way the current headers are, as they are way too close to the passenger side compression rod, so I ordered a new set from Sikky. I think those will work better.

Ohh, and yesterday, we found that my current wheels don’t fit the rear endless brakes I would need longer wheel studs and a 10mm spacer …. And that would mean that my wheels would stick out, which might force me to install the RJN Motorsports Carbon/Kevlar widebody kit

But then I would need new bigger wheels and tires …. Aaaahhhhh … I wish I had a pot of gold If I did then a 6 speed holinger is also called for ... hehehehe .... Other than that I just need about a week or two to put everything together ... and then to mapping the MoTeC. Currently I have a base map.

Update (sorry no pics for now):

- Work has been slow in the last few days.. not a lot of progress.

- I found that the diff side of the drive shaft does not fit ... my mistake, I should have checked prior. At any rate, the vendor promised to supply a new one (Carbon fiber )

- We changed the headers. Preciously I had SSW headers but I did not like they way it fit as it was too close to one of the suspension arms. Any way i got the Sikky headers and it is perfect

- Also we are working on the water circulation and everything was fine, but we had to make some brackets and relocate some other stuff. But at the end I'm sure your going to like it

-We also completed the duct for the radiator and oil coolers and fitted the cooling fans. We did a little test that duct is amazing and recommend any one that is going to track his car.. to do it .. but you must secure the duct other wise it will come off .... I will post some pics later.

- We fitted nuts to the roof, in order to use a sort of tap to look the windshield in place. It makes life easer later

- The wide body that I have from RJN is not wide enough for the wheels that I want in the rear (18X10 in front and 18X12 in the rear) ... So that is going back to the storage for now

- We almost finished the exhaust system. Some items were never purchased and some were missing .. my mistake

- The fuel cell balder is ready to be installed in the shoe box. Now it has an in tank FRP and filter (returnless system) and will have an inertia shut off switch in case of an collision.

- I'm currently trying to figure out the best way to mount the GT wing. We have already welded two bars from the rear shock towers to the rear of the car to be used as the base for the wing as I'm going to use a carbon fiber rear hatch. Any ideas is very much appreciated
