cause mine is going out..... i know its either on or in the tank, im just asking whats the best way to access it, because a friend of mine has a G and he can get to his by taking the back seat out. (i know we dont have back seats). so would the best way be to take the tank off?

Put the passengers seat all the way forward, open the glove box, lift the bottom off, unscrew a couple bolts... etc. The fuel pump sits in a white housing that is tight to fit through the hole... be cautions of the sending wire and other parts that can bend/break! Take your time.

Hope you ordered a new O-ring too. If you get gas on the o-ring its useless.

The big blue one that seals the gas tank when you pull the whole sending unit out.
