Default can you get higher rear gears? ~3.08?

seems like the stock gear is in the 3.4-3.5 range? i see lots of you going to a 4.0 range.

can you get gears or is there a dif from some other car like a g35 that might have higher(2.92, 3.08...) gears?

available are:

3.3 found in automatic 350z diff, i believe certain G35 too.
3.5 MT 350z and G35diff
3.69 G35 sedan 2007-2008 MT diff
3.9 central 20 gear set - not sure if still available
4.08 Nissan frontier gear set.

Im sure i missed some dates, and model specs, but ya...thats about it that i know of..
I know some auto G35's, i think sedans only have 3 bolt pinion flanges, the 350z needs the 4 bolt pinion to driveshaft pinion/companion flange.

Why would you want higher?? FI car with high HP??

plan is a boosted ls motor with a 4l80e. i want to stick with the stock style rear suspension as long as i can do to the classes i want to race in.

if a 3.3 from an auto is the best i can do then that is what i will get. thanks!

If you're doing all that, why not throw a Ford 9" out back? There are nearly endless options for gearing with those.

Armada has 2.92 gears not sure how much it would take to adapt a r230 diff in the 350z. You could use the 3.36 auto diff with taller tires.
