now if i want to change the ratios with an auto. from 3.5 to 3.3 .. do u guys think it will fit ?!?!?!
what is the difference between a open manual pumpkin and open auto pumpkin ??!! only the ring and pinion or something else as well.

I have a Quaife and the 3.3 auto gears from a G35. I did a complete pumkin swap, so I am using the G35 auto pumpkin. I was unaware the there different Quaife parts for auto and manual, but the pumpkins appear very similar from the outside, so it should be fine plus many have kept the stock pumpkins and just swapped the final drive gears. You could always check with Quaife directly to be sure.
The difference driving wise is that it allows you to get a bit more out of each gear because its a longer ratio. It is especially helpful for the +500whp F/I guys because it will help a bit with traction as the boost comes on too. I liked it because in day to day driving it meant not shifting quite so much a speeds under 35mph.

3.3 vs 3.5
3.3 ring gear is larger than the 3.5.....my shop built a separate base pumpkin or my 5 at, and we discovered the diffeence, so now Im stuck with the 3.5 or having to buy a new auto 3.3 quaife
Call quaife as suggesteed and tell them what you have and what you plan to do, ***, yes, they have many different setups.
Dont screw yourself like I did....I thought I knew what I was doing but didnt..ASK QUAIFE FIRST!

Here is a pic I put together to help show why you'd need a different diff. to go to a 3.3 gearing:
