What is the diameter of the pipes, they look thin, but it may just be the silver coating.

1 3/4" primaries, 3" collectors, beefy 3/8" thick header flanges. I thought the same thing when I unwrapped them but they measure out correctly.

After much deliberation, it has been decided that a TVS1900 will be added to the build. Shooting for 600/600 at the wheels with a focus on daily driveability and reliability. Details to come.

Update: Bought a DD ('72 El Camino SS) and moved into a house with a 2 car garage. Getting the new workspace fitted with tools for the swap. VQ pull is going to happen mid-June. The Nissan drivetrain proceeds will go towards funding a TVS2300. Lots of planning still going on (mainly fuel system and more logistics). Having a job that requires 75% travel really cuts into epic car time.

I had a mullet whip just like that 72' ss and all had a 383 and giggle gas got the car and motor for a $100 back in 99 i miss that car more than anything. Good luck on the swap. Easiest is to pull the whole front end headlights, fenders (just to save from scratches and bends) core support, bumper brace and all.

Any of you guys know what's up with Todd @ Fueled Racing? He still owes me a fuel system and it seems as though he has dropped of the face of the earth. He used to be easy to get a hold of but as of a couple weeks ago, I've heard nothing. The phone number goes straight to voicemail and I don't get replies to my emails. If anyone knows him personally, could you give him a nudge? I really don't want to have to drive down there to deal with this issue in person.

Thanks bud. I'm finally going to start tearing down the Z this weekend so I'll be hitting you up about a harness soon.

As much as it pains me to say, I will be parting everything out and selling the Z. Hit me up if you are interested in anything.

Travelling 3/4 of the year for work doesn't leave much free time in the garage and I'd rather just have a car I can enjoy whenever I am home. If I stuck with it, it would be a decade before I'd get it done the way I want it. I'll be gathering a list this week and will disperse it very soon.

That sucks to hear man, but I get where you're coming from. This has been my thoughts lately, so I bought a Boss 302, lol. Hopefully it keeps me tied over till my Z is finally done.

Boss 302 is a nice choice. My whole direction on what I want from my toy has completely changed. I'm looking at Gen4 Vipers and C6 ZR1s. Something monstrous that I can beat on once or twice a month that's just waiting patiently, in the garage, while I'm away. No muss, no fuss.

I'm glad I didn't. Would've been an expensive nightmare that never would've been completed. Once I sold everything, including the car, I picked up an Audi S5. Couldn't be happier.
