I wont speak for the op but i am budgeting $12k-$12k and I am doing everything myself. Full engine build and sikky/fueled racing swap.

I guess the sound is a bit muffled by the crappy cell phone microphone. It's actually loud enough in the cockpit to require ear plugs during racing. This car has no cats and very little muffler attenuation. With respect to budget, you should plan on $20,000 - $30,000 to have the conversion performed by a reputable shop like JE.
