That thing is beast. Awesome work. Try putting your phone further back when you are running it and give it a good rev or three. When I put my exhaust on my Z I had my phone pretty close and it was really quiet. My friend has the same exhaust but did the cat delete and he set his phone pretty far away from the car and revved and it was loud as hell.

I guess the sound is a bit muffled by the crappy cell phone microphone. It's actually loud enough in the cockpit to require ear plugs during racing. This car has no cats and very little muffler attenuation. With respect to budget, you should plan on $20,000 - $30,000 to have the conversion performed by a reputable shop like JE.

We've been discussing a run of them. They would be around $499 with the MAF adapter plus shipping. Each one is custom made.
Yes.
We modified the stock pedal assembly slightly.
If you dropped off your Z and said give me this build the price would be around $30k. That would be mimicing this one.
We'll find out soon enough when it hits the dyno.

Sorry about the delay on answering this question. I took a picture, but sometimes this computer cannot be trusted to finish an upload. I'll repost it soon.
Car is currently in our fab area to have the cage done, but we have been slammed with cars. Look for more updates very soon!

That's why I'm here!
We've been very busy as usual, but a lot of progress was made on the Z. We practically set aside a full week just for this cage and wing.
Preparing for the welding process & removing the stock bracing + bolts. A good bit of weight saved. We left the rear strut brace since it is functional.
Custom 8 point NASA spec cage. Here are some photos of the cage fabrication.
After all of the main fabrication was done the cage needed to be cut out & removed for paint before the final welding.
Dash bar and front half of cage welded in and ready to rock.
Next on the to do list was this sick Aeromotions carbon wing.

Slacking on my updates!!
Car is finished, with us at least, and is about to be shipped to our customer.
Fire suppression installed
Killswitch
The final weigh in!
Hood spaced for ventilation
A few more shots of the car outside awaiting pickup. Still needs a few odds and ends, but our work here is done.
Dyno Sheet
Final dyno tuning.
