As far as I know he parted out the car and sold it... so sad.

Yes I was in contact with him for awhile, still am once in a blue moon. He had more engine issues from what he said. I believe valves. So he parted it out unfortunately.

what all ended up being wrong in the second build on that 2j travis?

If I remember correctly, head problems. I believe valve issues.

Sad to see this not come to fruitition, but getting fawked by that first shop would've caused me to throw in the towel too.
