Camshaft position sensor replacement issue-
So, an '04 350 at 94,xxx miles, service engine light came on, had it scanned, came back with "camshaft position sensor" issue. I replaced the defective unit easily and without incident, ran the car for 60 miles or so, and the Check Engine light went away. Thats Great, so far.
Now, the engine will cold-start without incident as it always has, but once its up to operating temperature, it will start, but not catch idle and die unless you add a little gas with the pedal, just like a carbureted car, and then it idles fine. There are no other issues with how the car runs but this.
I've got a PopCharger on it, thats it for mods. I checked all intake-related parts for air leaks, and seems to be fine. What might I look at?
thanks.
