Hello guys started to mod the Z did some bolt ons and wanted to tune it in for now til i do some more down the road!

Ordered the E tune osiris standard directly from Uprev things were good i got my base tune i data logged it and sent it back! Now 28 days later nothing no follow up no email i called and got through they said are e tuner is over seas? And no answer from them on email. I don't mind waiting a bit longer but i'm starting to get skeptical anyone wanna chime in with your experiences with them? Thanks

 

UpRev has been very reliable over the years. Did they say when their tuning specialist would return? Who did you talk to in Austin?

 

Yeah i read lot's of good reviews and forums before going with them no they did not say other then they would text him and call me back this was last week i'm sure there busy this time of year also.

I had a bolted Cobalt SS/TC before the Z i e tuned it also but was wrapped up with in 2 weeks so i'm familiar with e tuning was very reliable for 4 years!

Can't you have another tuner do this for you? There are a few reputable tuners in the forum that could help.

 

There are other tuners who can help you with MUCH better turn around times but its not going to be free...

 

Talk to Seymore4, he tuned my car for me very quick and painless.

Yea I contacted Uprev before and never got a reply back.

Seymore4 took care of everything what I needed done.

 

Good now just one more adjustment and i think that's it done they did it all today Thanks guys for the info and offering help
