Default 07 grinding sound during 20-30MPH

So I recently purchased a 07 enthusiast. I'm noticing during speeds between 20-30MPH (especially when I'm decelerating) this winding down sound. It's almost if like the brakes are being applied and the rotors are warped sounding like womp, womp, womp, that kind of sound.

The only catch is I'm not applying the brakes and the clutch is disengaged so I dont think its the motor. Any idea what this could be? I first thought bearings but if that were the case I would near the sound all the time. It also seems like the sound is coming from the front of the car like underneath/around the front seats (so not related to the rear axle).

Any help would be appreciated. I do have an extended warranty on the car until 100k miles and I have a 30 day no questions asked "we will fix anything". Knowing what might be the issue would be helpful to know before taking it in.

Thanks in advance
