So my question is how can I run fans to run oy high when they turn on? What colors are power and ground and what's low and high colors? There's yellow black green blue wires and yellow/red white black etc what are the power and ground wires? Thanks

To answer your question,
You simply need to jumpwire the yellow w black stripe with the blue wire. Should be good, but pickup some spare fuses jic.
