15 .5 miles per gallon anyone?

I've been averaging 21 mpg since I've had my car according to the digital screen(3,600 hwy miles mostly). Under hard driving, I see the needle for the gas level drop rather quickly. 15.5 mpg seems about right if you do heavy acceleration a lot of the time with frequent stopping.

Actually, from http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/info.shtml#estimates "Manufacturers test pre-production prototypes of the new vehicle models and submit the test results to EPA. EPA re-tests about 10% of vehicle models to confirm manufacturer's results..."

The results to me are kinda BS because if you read through it, they do it on a dyno, not on a real road and then they fudge the #s downwards. See the above URL for more details.
