Welcome and I watched your entire utube vid (which is never a good idea to start a thread with). The problem with you gauges is likely a blown fuse, chaffed wire or bad connection. Where? Can't tell from behind a keyboard. It would also be helpful if you could pull BCM (body control module) codes, but that implies you have a code reader in the first place. Not sure what your auto tranny level is from the shots- check it in the daytime and use the cold marks without the engine on first.
My other suggestion is about your attitude towards your Z. I understand you're frustrated about being unable to diagnose and repair it yourself. These are complex machines and with your work schedule, you may not have a lot of time to DIY. That's when you need to hire a specialist, or take it to the dreaded dealer. You say you're short on money, aren't we all? But if you can't afford to properly fix your own car, just admit that it may not be the best car for you...
Frustration makes for lousy repairs...and posts.

well i post a you tube video so i dont have to describe everything in detail and forget half of it with that said i started the car today and everything was working just as it should other then a check engine light so i looked under the hood and it was still there giggle.. so i drove down to advanced auto and used there code reader it had 12 codes all for sensors so i cleared them drove home no issues. now the only thing i can think of is that i live in maine and its snow season here my drivers side floor mats was kinda wet is there any way to much moisture could have caused this glitch/issue i only drive like 2 times a week so
I haven't had time yet I'm pretty much only home from work like 4 hours a day in between work and it's dark when I leave and when I get home I'll check the battery when I get home tonight I should of thought of that first
Naw why would I they were not real codes it was because the power was all messed up nothing is faulty with the car my bet the guy replaced the battery just before I got the car I bet he did not tighten the negative down I'm gonna check that tonight if it ever gives me trouble again I'm gonna rip the center console apart. It's like she knew that I was gonna pull her apart yesterday I put all the tools in the passenger seat and it been fine since lol

well put about 500 miles on it still no problems the battery was tight tho i dont really know what was causing the problem that day i was hoping some one here has the same issue at some point as they may have known a fix im not new to cars in any way been doing the car thing for about 10 years now i have a 1g dsm a zx10r and a miata as well as the 350z although i am trying to sell off most of that stuff "time to buy a house" i work on them all what i lack in scholastic knowledge i make up for in maniacal knowledge.
I'd check to see if you have any codes stored in your BCM as DKmura also recommended. Also the next time this happens check your battery/charging voltage. All the issues I watched seemed to be related to your cluster other than the 5th to 4th random down shift you described. Also try and get a FSM and or some wiring diagrams and see if the speedo/ tac etc have a shared ground or power supply. If this Z is being winter driven you could have some "Green death" on one or multiple connections which can cause intermittent issues.Good luck
You do understand that it lit every sensor up and threw a code for just about everything so even if it did throw a code for the proper thing you still wouldn't be able to find the issue that way it's like going to the Dr and saying I have a pain and then he asks where is the pain and you point to everything lol I'm not saying codes are a bad thing there normally good for quickly identify a problem
