Default Neutral Position Switch

I have a 5AT to 6MT 350Z(Modified by the former owner)
Want to know where the Neutral Position Switch is located?
Can let me solve the error code of P1706
The picture is the chassis of my car.

Today's inspection found two sets of wiring above the gearbox (red circle. blue circle)
I would like to ask what are the two sets of wiring?

Thank you!

Blue one I circled is for the 5AT neutral safety switch. I know cuz I just smashed mine taking out the old 5AT (217k miles) and putting a new old one from a JDM Fairlady Z. It has less miles on it and it doesn't have the harsh 1st to 2nd gear engage like my old one. The red one is I have not seen before.
