thank you you for taking a minute to helping me out. My 350Z just started making this (seems) knocking sound, but it doesn’t fully sound like it. Here is a YouTube video. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
Your best bet will be to stop running the engine and get it rebuilt. The more you run the engine the more damage you'll inflict.
Drain your oil and look for the gold flakes of bearing material.
If you are looking for a replacement OEM main, rod, and thrust bearing set I have a the ACL OEM oil clearance set I'll sell you for super inexpensive as I bought them and then went with the same set with more oil clearance and I can't return the OEM oil clearance set.
probably a 7 or 8 on the **** hitting the fan scale...Its not the end of the world but you need to stop running the car or you'll destroy more and more components and rebuild the block.
or, find a donor block to drop it in and salvage out your hurt block.

My thoughts are do your due-dilligence. I see a classic case of a worn/spun bearing but I am 3000miles away. I would suggest you do this:
A. drain the oil and see if you see gold specs/flakes (indicating worn/blown bearings).
B. hire/bribe/ask nicely if a buddy and/or seasoned mechanic will come look at the car. If you start the car up for 5 seconds to have a mechanic look at it, it's probably ok
C. consider all your options - do you rebuild your block or do you source a donor?
D. Make a plan with respect to the above.
If you decide you want to rebuild your block and you determine you need new bearings and would like to buy these at 1/2 price than make it happen. I'm rebuilding an NA block at some point in time and if these dont get sold than theyll go into my NA block.
I've spent alot of time in the LKQ junk yards in MD lately. Motors in general are about 400 dollars. Weigh your options. Either way you have to take off the front end. Do you want to go through the pain and scary technical precision of rebuilding your motor, or would you like to drop in someones mileage? Best of luck!

I agree with pretty much 100% of this and if you a relatively new to the car game and don't have the experience than pay someone to give you a unbiased opinion of your situation.
Both have their ups & downs -
Rebuild -
Pros -
you'll have the opportunity to replace components that need replacing for the longevity of the car
you'll have a motor that will run for 200k miles plus.
You know the history from start to finish and will have documentation of the process
Cons -
will be more expensive than a junk-yard motor swap
the car will be down for a week or so while the block is being repaired/rebuilt
Donor Engine Swap -
Pros -
will likely be less expensive
will likely take less time
Cons -
it's a gamble as the donor engine may have age / maintenance / neglect flaws
if the car has been in an accident the engine & internals have likely seen stress that it wasn't designed for
