Default Greddy Evo 2 Finally listed .... apply vaseline before reading

Well, I was definately waiting for this bad boy, but DAMN. I know Greddy is definately top of the line products, but I think they are starting to get a little carried away with their prices (...and I used to think their stuff was pricy before the 350Z). Oh, well, I better start saving up....

http://www.greddy.com/products/produ...roductidx=1894

Can you say 1290 MSRP?

Ya we added this to the site on Friday for pre-order, after we got word from GReddy ours didn't make it Air shipped from Japan, like it was suppost to, and they had delivery eta by boat.
Date is 3/10

Can't wait to get ours, as the turbo is screaming for big pipes

Here is a picture we have one our site
(note this picture is not in the full stainless the exhaust will come in)

Vic usally adds a comment about the read bend, so I am goint to beat him to this, and post Matt's responds to this (from GReddy)

"In regards to the bend in the piping on the passenger side, the only real restriction would be if that bend decreased in internal diameter. Since it is mandrel bent, the inner pipe diameter stays consistent for an unrestricted flow. Yes I do understand that the straighter the pipe the less back pressure and higher rate of exhaust flow, but through our testing, we have found that this design offers the best combination of performance and sound. Remember. this is intended for street use. However, we are contemplating releasing a off-road only race exhaust system for the 350Z, specifically for use with our turbo kit. We should know more about that in the new future, but for now it is merely speculative. You should be fine with the EVO system. It is the exact same exhaust we use on our 350Z and the same one that helped us crank out 100whp extra on the dyno. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask"

If you ever heard a GReddy Evo in person, it is awesome.
It has a nice deep sound.
It is the Best sounding aftermarket exhaust I have heard.

How many of these are you getting in stock? I am very excited about The evo coming out for the Z (finally). As I said, I had one on my v6 eclipse, and it was the best sounding exhaust yet. How much are you going to be selling it for?

GReddy is a subsidiary of Trust, which is located in Japan.

ZRAYGO - these are made in Japan, as Daytona noted (GReddy/Trust)

I was one of the first ones to install the GReddy Twin Turbo kit, and there were many small things that needed to be address.
Working hand and hand with GReddy (give them notes for improvements) , delayed because of missing parts to our kit etc etc.
- they were going to take care of us by Air freighting one from their location in Japan, right to us.
But we missed it.

So we will get the 1st Evo2, when hits the states, as it will be overnighted to us

These are coming in - quote from Matt @ GReddy "will be VERY limited in number"

So if you are interest in purchasing one, I would pre-order (we are getting customers in now)

I would contact one of the site sponsors here

I will be sure to post pictures and video and sound clips when it gets here.
Hopefully 3/11

Got any clips on your car? I have the EVO on my Altima now and it sounds better than all the other exhausts as well...Don't like the big cans as much, but hey, it definitely looks better on the Z.

Dying to hear and see more pics!

Are these much louder than the stock exhaust? Some ppl equate awesome sound to scare the neighbors loud.

The beautiful thing about the Greddy Evos, they sounds nice and quiet when you drive "normal", but as soon as you open the car up they they a nice deep tone to them. Definately the best looking/sounding exhaust on the market.
Question for any vendors reading this: What kind of actual price will we be looking at?
