I might have messed up
So i have to re do this sorry lol about the first one. I was at school working on my z had a tight time crunch on it i had that motor down to the block but didn’t pull the motor. My buddies and i pulled the motor apart but there were not there to help me and i had to have somone els help me and it was a mess even all my bolts got dumped on the floor. Got it all back together and it’s got a good po300 raw fuel coming out of the exhaust and it’s sucks i don’t know where to start and i have tried to swap my harness on the driver side back two and it didn’t fix it it could be a ground but idk where the misfire was there when i first started it but when i went to drive it it was bad i was 100% leaking oil out of my valve stem seals and that’s the only reason that motor got touched

Welcome- your first post was hard to read, so it's hard to give any advice. Maybe start with how many miles are on your Z? Are you the original owner and if not, has this problem existed since you purchased it? The VQ doesn't usually burn much oil unless it's the infamous revup version.

I was burning about a quart of oil in between every gas tank so i decide to go ahead and replace my valve stem seals. While I’m there i might as well replace the head gaskets right? Well i thought so so i did. Well long story short the once who took it apart were not there when it was put back together so i have a absolutely no idea what’s going on it. Just looking for help where to start so here’s what we’re dealing with. Runs rough has 60 pounds of pressure upwards to 100 when driving burning lots of fuel po300 can’t figure out what cylinder(s) are not firing brand new plugs a and two new coils that’s all i can come up with right now if you think you can help me message me in any way thankyou
Sounds like you did it but you didn't. Did you do the work or have it done somewhere?
If you had it done, take it up with them. If not, fully explain what it is you did when you swapped the head gasket. Probably a vacuum leak or a crossed plug wire on the P0300.
