Default Grease the splines or no?

I spent a chunk of my day wrestling this bastard out from my Z. I understand grease needs to go along the collar, but should I also grease the splines? (fixing axle click)

thank you,

edit: what the hell; one more question. Do I really need to replace the cv axle nuts/bolts/washers? You know, the 7 or so that attach this axle to the diff.

Either moly grease or anti-seize. NOT red bearing grease. As a dealer tech I used to do a couple every week.

Thanks.

Red on the collar, anti-seize or moly (which I have) on the splines.

Moly everywhere. No red anywhere. I was a Nissan Tech for 4 years and didn't even own a tub of red. The TSB specifically says to apply moly grease to the face.

Yeah, you're supposed to do that. I forget what I was doing when I had to remove the diff (maybe Whiteline bushings?) and I reused everything. I haven't had any problems, but YMMV.

I think I will also reuse, but will use blue loc tite on them as well.

Considering its like ~$80 just for the hardware, +1 on some blue loctite.
