Stay with standard. No real need to run a cooler plug. Then again, if you get detonation in the future, then a colder plug would be good. However, some seriously believe in colder plugs even on a mostly stock car.

Get Iridium no matter what brand. Gap at .044. I prefer Denso Iridium.

In theory, a colder plug would allow our "intelligent" ECU to keep the timing more advanced. Our ECU takes many engine measurements and likes to retard timing and richen a:f.

Default plugs

Just a note , be "very" gentle when handling the Iridium plugs, the ceramic around the finer wire tip is very fragile and can easily crack if dropped etc. But they are definately about the best performing plugs you can buy both NA or FI.
