Try JWT clutch and pressure plate w/ JUN.

I see a lot of people replacing their clutch when they get a lightened flywheel. Why is this? What is the advantage of these aftermarket clutches vs the stock clutch? Do they simply have a higher clamping force and thus allow less clutch slip? Does the stock clutch actually have a slipping problem?

I just called SGP and the JUN flywheel will only work with he stock clutch at this moment. There are no clutches on the et for the Z33 he said. The JWT clutch we see is actually for the Z32 but the JWT flywheel will accept both bolt patterns from the Z32 and Z33. So this is why you need the JWT flywheel if you get the JWT clutch. The SGP guy says they prefer the JUN chromoloy design because the weight of the fly wheel is better distributed versus the aluminum flywheels, like the JWT. The better weight distribution results in little or no chatter.

He summed it up for me by saing if you stick to NA, get the JUN flywheel. If your going FI, as it stands now get the JWT combo or the JWT flywheel and RPM clutch combo.

I would rather have the JUN flywheel and the RPS clutch for my ATI setup but that just isnt possible right now.

Bigshow; did you and your dad think the new flywheel would help with the noise?

I wouldn't advise if it didn't work

Of course it works... as stated - bolt patterns work for OEM.

JWT clutch and pressure plate work just fine w/ stock set up hence will work with JUN flywheel.
