Yep as Jason just said. I have a 350Z VLSD on my sedan, the diff's are the same between the cars, among other things of course.

OK,

So has anyone been able to install this without dropping the pumpkin? I'm ready to buy, but if it involves a whole diff. removal, I'll wait until winter.

Anyone???

I was able to get mine on without separating the axels. BUT the pumpkin DOES need to be lowered. Sway bar removed, driveshaft disconnected, 3 mounting bolts removed, and don't forget the breather hose!

Having a vice will make switching the rear mounting stud and the breather fitting a LOT easier.

The hardest part was re-connecting the clamp on the rubber breather hose!

Just checked my car and it is standard fit on the Euro spec cars. Wonder why its not fitted as standard in the US, after all, you guys certainly have warmer weather than us in the UK!

Niether can we. Motorway speed limit is 70mph, alhough 85 is the unwritten max speed you can get away with.

Thanks that's great info.

What kind of vice are out talking about? Just a standard bench vice for pressing off/on the stud and nipple?

BTW, how's your harness bar coming along? Did you get a mfg. for it yet?

Just a standard bench vice, preferably with copper/soft grips to clamp the diff cover while removing the stud & breather fitting.

Harness bar is coming along fine! Thanks for asking! See my post in Race/road. Should finally be ready to ship in the next week or two.
